Ugh!

So I am now in more trouble than I have ever been in. On top of the usual grounding (no electronics, Take notes) I have to do 20 push ups and 20 crunches for each grade lower then a B. In a week, I have to add 2 laps per class. And my dad deleted my facebook. So now, I have a week to try and get as many scores up as possible. By the way, the first assignment/test/whatever below a 72%, and my dad takes away all of my skinny jeans. The second and he takes me out of band. GRRR!! Oh, and he told me that he's not letting me go to my first choice of college, because he doesn't think I can handle living on my own. Does anyone have advice as to how to make this better? because I am clueless

I am a senior in high school and very much a people person. I like to read, write, and draw, though most of my work doesnt wind up on DA. I am in the marching band, and I have some of the best friends ever! (you know who you are!!)
